Due to current international events related to COVID-19, we regretfully must cancel the in-person plans for a hybrid version of the conference.

ALL EVENTS WILL BE CONDUCTED VIRTUALLY.

For those who have already registered to participate in-person, our registration volunteers will be in contact to arrange refunds.

HiPC requires that each paper* have at least one author registration by November 22, 2021 in order for the paper to be published in the proceedings. Presentation of an accepted paper at the conference is a requirement of publication. Any paper that is not presented at the conference will not be included in IEEE Xplore. The conference will strictly enforce these requirements.

Conference Registration includes virtual attendance at the main conference sessions, including all technical paper sessions and all workshops, along with access to proceedings, presentation slides, all recordings of talks, live Q&A sessions, and Keynotes.

Extra Page** Fee: For eligible papers being published in the proceedings, up to 2 additional pages may be purchased per paper for an additional fee of US$150 (11,000 INR) per page. See the Author Resources page on this website to determine eligibility for extra pages.
