HiPC 2021 Author Resources

All authors of both FULL and SHORT papers are asked to submit a slides presentation PDF file to the CPS upload site by November 29th. This file will accompany your paper in the proceedings. This will be mandatory for all authors so that there is consistency and will be required as a condition of publication of the paper.

See the Instructions for Main Conference Authors here, which will link you to same portal at which you uploaded your paper.

It also gives instructions for preparing the optional videos – 25mins (full paper) or 15min (short paper) video – to be available asynchronously during the conference.

Notice to all HiPC 2021 Authors:

HiPC requires that all papers have at least one full (non-student) registration by November 22, 2021 in order for the paper to be published in the proceedings. Presentation of an accepted paper at the conference is a requirement of publication. Any paper that is not presented at the conference will not be included in IEEE Xplore. The conference will strictly enforce these requirements.

Authors of HiPC Conference Papers:

The submission deadline for camera-ready papers: November 15, 2021.

Authors of HiPC Workshops (HiPCW) Papers:

The submission deadline for camera-ready papers: November 15, 2021.

To All Authors:

The conference proceedings of HiPC 2021 will be published in two volumes with two separate ISBN’s: one for the regular conference technical program (HiPC) and one for the workshops (HiPCW). The online version of the publication will be distributed to all registrants one week prior to the conference and available online during the conference.

The Conference Publishing Services (CPS) of the IEEE Computer Society will produce the HiPC 2021 proceedings. Post conference, papers presented at the conference and eligible for inclusion will be submitted by CPS to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. This requires that all papers submitted for publication must meet a minimum standard for both print and electronic publishing and that authors have filed a copyright release form with IEEE.

To help authors meet that standard, this HiPC Web page will take you to the CPS Author Final Paper Preparation and Submission Instructions (the author kit) page. That site will provide links to the PDF eXpress Online File Conversion/PDF Validation Tool and IEEE copyright e-form and instructions for submitting your paper for publication. DO NOT GO TO EASYCHAIR TO SUBMIT FINAL CAMERA READY PAPER.
